Results
The results of much collaboration will be a 'Journal' knowledge product, either as the results artefact itself or as a record of how the real-world result was achieved and all relevant information about the result and a Final Report:
Journal
A compendium produced from the Shared Information Resources & Tools as a record for what happened and why.
Final Report
The Final Report is a polished, edited, clear presentation of how the Goal was achieved and how the success has been measured.
